Terms and condition

Order Placement: All orders must be placed a minimum of 10 days in advance. Orders placed with less notice may incur an additional rush fee.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid 1 days before the delivery/pick-up date.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via [credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].
Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change based on ingredient costs and customization requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery/pick-up date to be eligible for a partial refund. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the specified timeframe. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 7 days prior to the delivery/pick-up date.

Modification Policy: Any changes to orders (e.g., design, flavor, size) must be requested at least 6 days before the delivery/pick-up date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply.
Design Adjustments: While we strive to match the cake design to the pictures provided by you, please note that the cake may not look exactly the same, and color shades might vary from the original picture.

Delivery Charges: Delivery is available within a 100km radius for an additional fee. Charges are based on distance and time.
Pick-Up Policy: Cakes must be picked up at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for any damage to cakes after they leave our premises.

Customization: We are happy to work with you on custom cake designs. Please provide any specific details or images when placing your order.
Design Variations: While we aim to replicate the design you request, there may be slight variations in appearance and color. Each cake is handcrafted and unique.

Allergen Information: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. We offer cakes that cater to specific dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Liability: We are not liable for any allergic reactions or other health issues resulting from the consumption of our cakes.

Customer Responsibility: Once a cake is picked up or delivered, it becomes the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for any damage that occurs after the cake has left our care.
